7-day return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged in transit, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
Request a return from your account (My Orders) or by calling +91 84088 22202 with your order number.
How returns work
1. You raise a return request with the reason. 2. We approve it and schedule a pickup. 3. The item is received back and passes a quality check. 4. Your refund or replacement is processed.
Items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories. Heavy furniture is inspected at pickup.
Refunds
Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after QC.
COD orders: refunded by bank transfer / UPI — we'll collect your details when the return is approved, or as store credit if you prefer.
Not returnable
Products damaged by misuse, installed/modified items, and items returned without original packaging may fail quality check and be sent back to you.
